Justice Court Trial. Joseph Shafer, of Sutphen's Mills, was on Saturday last arrested by Constable Sechrist, for disposing, of mortgaged property, upon complaint of Gilbert A.

Sutphen. He was brought bt-fore Justice Quinn, who released him upon. his own recognizance, to appear for trial this afternoon. As we go to' press, the trial is in progress, the Hon. J.
